1. Introduction

• “Goods” mean the products and services supplied by Keitt, including but not limited to fruits, vegetables, and other agricultural products.
• “Services” mean the logistics, transportation, and other services provided by Keitt.

• Keitt sells Goods and Services to you at the prices agreed upon in writing or as stated on our invoices.
• You agree to pay Keitt within the specified payment terms.

• Keitt delivers Goods to the agreed destination, and risk passes to you upon delivery.
• Keitt is not liable for any damage or loss during transportation.

• Keitt ensures that Goods meet the agreed specifications and quality standards.
• You must inspect Goods upon delivery and notify Keitt of any defects or discrepancies within 24 hours.

• Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice.
• Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

• Keitt warrants that Goods are free from defects and meet the agreed specifications.
• Keitt’s liability is limited to the value of the Goods or Services supplied.

• Keitt is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kenya Arbitration Centre.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Keitt and you.
• No other terms, conditions, or representations apply.

• Keitt may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website.
